Went along to take phots/video of Jules and Jordan in the morning then back for my session in the afternoon.

Proper windy today, solid F7. Went out with a 4.5m and the Synchro 92. More gybe training which, I found challenging in these conditions but happy enough that I was trying. Most success came by sailing upwind to loose speed before the turn.

After hours of non stop gybe, gybe, gybe I went off for a nice blast for the last part of the session. During my gybe training, each time I left the beach to head out my instructor Faycel would head out and do a forward off the last wave and still see how my gybe went!
